If you receive a damaged book, we will provide a full refund without requiring you to return the item.
How to Report Damage
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide clear photographs showing the damage to the book
- Include your order number in your message
- Send photos and details to bookstore@lidenz.com
Photo Requirements
Please provide clear, well-lit photographs that show:
- The damaged area(s) of the book
- The book cover or spine for identification
- Multiple angles if necessary to show the extent of damage
Refund Process
Once we receive and review your photos:
- We'll approve your refund request within 1-2 business days
- Full refund will be processed to your original payment method
- You'll receive confirmation once the refund is issued
- No need to return the damaged book
