Fulfillment Locations

  • EU orders: Fulfilled from our center in Riga, Latvia
  • Switzerland orders: Fulfilled from our center in Uster, Switzerland
  • Rest of the world: Fulfilled from our center in Sevenoaks, United Kingdom

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Physical books: Processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days
  • Digital products (PDF/EPUB): Delivered immediately via email after payment confirmation
  • Orders are fulfilled from multiple EU locations for faster delivery

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

EU Destinations:

  • Standard shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Tracked shipping: 3-7 business days

United States:

  • Standard international shipping: 10-20 business days
  • Tracked international shipping: 7-14 business days

United Kingdom:

  • Royal Mail: 2 business days

Other Countries:

  • Tracked international shipping: 10-20 business days

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

European Union (EU):

  • We are registered under the EU One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme
  • All prices include VAT at the rate applicable to your country

United States:

  • The total amount you pay includes all applicable US import fees

Delivery Problems

  • Please report damaged, missing, or lost shipments within 14 days of the expected delivery date

  • Delivered electronically with no shipping required
  • Non-returnable once the download link has been accessed
